The Administrator of the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission filed a complaint alleging, inter alia, that respondents, John A. Doyle (Doyle) and Gabriel A. Kostecki (Kostecki), collected an excessive fee in violation of the Code of Professional Responsibility (the Code) (87 Ill. 2d R. 2 — 106(a)) in their handling of a life insurance matter for Alojza Janus, the complainant herein.
