HARRIS, Associate Judge:

Petitioner seeks review of an order of the Police and Firemen’s Retirement and Relief Board in which he, an officer of the Metropolitan Police Department, was found to be unfit for further service on the grounds of a non-service connected disability, and was involuntarily separated without pension.1 He challenges the Board’s order as unsupported by the evidence and contrary to law.
