Complete Care Services, L.P., Robert Lethbridge and Randy Davis (together, CCS) appeal by permission from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County that overruled in part their preliminary objections to an amended complaint filed by the estate of Estelle Helsel, deceased, by and through Clarence Helsel, executor (Estate), and by Clarence Helsel individually.
