Defendant appeals an order continuing his probation. ORS 137.550(1)(a).1 He contends that the trial court lacked jurisdiction, because a valid arrest warrant had not been issued within the period of probation. We affirm.

Defendant was convicted of felony driving while suspended and sentenced in November, 1978. Former ORS 487.560 (repealed by Or Laws 1983, ch 338, § 978). Execution of the sentence was suspended, and he was placed on probation for three years.
