The “Petition to Determine Status and Amount of Creditor’s Claim” filed by Ans-ley Park Plumbing & Heating Co., Inc. brought the matters involved herein before the Court. This case has been presented to the Court for decision on the basis of briefs and stipulation of facts submitted by the parties.
