Appellant/plaintiff Meco of Atlanta, Inc. filed suit to enforce a *147special materialman’s lien against appellee/defendant Super Valu Stores, Inc. Appellant appeals from the order of the superior court granting appellee’s motion for summary judgment and denying appellant’s motion for summary judgment.
