The appellant, Norma Foster, was convicted of first degree murder and sentenced to life imprisonment. This appeal from that conviction is before us under Sup. Ct. R. 29( 1 )(b). We reverse and remand.
The appellant’s conviction stemmed from her alleged participation in the contract killing of Orin Hendrickson of Arkadelphia. At the time of the murder, the appellant was a housemother at Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia.
