MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
SHABAZ, District Judge.
Plaintiff IDX Systems Corporation (“IDX”) commenced this diversity action against defendants Epic Systems Corporation (“Epic”), Mitchell Quade (“Quade”), Michael Rosencrance (“Rosencrance”) and The University of Wisconsin Medical Foundation (“UWMF”) alleging Wisconsin state law causes of action for trade secret misappropriation and tortious interference with prospective advantage.
