On the 12th day of July, 1919, Harry H. Hamilton, as plaintiff, commenced an action in the district court of Tulsa county, Okla., against W. A. Cromwell, as defendant, for the dissolution' of a partnership and for an accounting between the plaintiff and defendant, as partners composing the partnership, of the partnership business from March G, 1918, and for the appointment of a receiver to take charge of and operate said business under the order and direction of the court.
