BERNSTEIN, J,
And now April 18, 2006, the motion of defendants Chelsea Property Group Inc. and CPG Partners L.P. to depose experts is hereby granted in part and denied in part.1 As to expert Pocalyko, defendants’ request for deposition is denied. As to experts Richard F. Wolf and Reaves C. Lukens Jr., said motion is granted.
