Lisa Spears appeals the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of Charlie Creel in his official capacity as Sheriff of Wakulla County, Florida (the “Sheriff’), on her claims of disability discrimination in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (the “ADA”), 42 U.S.C. § 12112; the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, 29 U.S.C. § 794; and the Florida Civil Rights Act, Fla.
