The members of the zoning board of appeals and the superintendent of public works of the village of Winnetka, appeal from an order of the circuit court of Cook county finding a certain zoning ordinance of Winnetka unreasonable, discriminatory, unconstitutional and void, as applied to designated property. Certain property owners, who were not parties to the cause when it was tried in the circuit court, join in this appeal pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Civil Practice act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1937, chap, 110, secs. 74, 75, 76 and 81) and by order of this court.
