Tbe proceeding in the court below was, in effect, habeas corpus at tbe relation of Charles P. Roekey to have tbe custody of his minor son, Raymond Roekey, now in tbe care of its maternal grandmother, Frances Hoffman, transferred to him. After a bearing tbe court below made an order under date of March 3,1927, awarding tbe custody of tbe child to its father and tbe grandmother has appealed from that order.
