John W. Fee, appellant, commenced this suit in the circuit court of Sangamon county against the appellee, Zurich General Accident and Liability Insurance Company, to recover the amount of loss sustained by him under the provision of an insurance policy issued to him by the appellee, which provides indemnity for robbery committed in his store in the City of Springfield. Appellant’s store was “robbed” in the evening of October 18, 1927 by an unknown bandit.
