MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
HART, District Judge.
In this putative class action, named plaintiff Paula Ball claims that defendant Nation-scredit Financial Services Corporation violated the Truth in Lending Act (“TILA”), 15 U.S.C. § 1601 et seq., and various state laws by the manner in which defendant sold involuntary unemployment insurance to persons to whom it provided installment loans. Prior to the filing of the present action, Ball had filed a voluntary Chapter 7 bankruptcy petition. Defendant has moved to dismiss on the ground that plaintiff lacks standing.
