Appellee is an Ohio corporation manufacturing lathes, etc., with its principal office at Hamilton, Ohio. Appellant is an Illinois corporation engaged in the machinery business with its principal office at Bock-ford, Illinois. McDowell, Stocker & Co., hereinafter, called the McDowell Co., is a firm engaged in the display and sale of machinery in Chicago. For some time prior to March, 1909, appellee sold McDowell Co. its machinery outright.
