This is an appeal from a judgment rendered upon a verdict assessing damages against the defendant for injuries which the plaintiff is alleged to have received in an automobile accident on a highway west of Hobart, Okla.
The injuries were the result of the collision of the defendant’s automobile with one belonging to the plaintiff and her husband. When the latter vehicle was struck from the rear by the front of the defendant’s car, it was standing on the road facing east, while the plaintiff stood in front of it and attempted to reflect the light from the ear’s head lamps back upon the motor…
