Defendants appeal from judgments of the Court of Special Sessions of the City of Syracuse wherein they were severally convicted of violations of subdivision 1 of section 1141 of the Penal Law following a joint trial by jury before Honorable Rocco P. Regitano, Acting Justice of said court. The information, by A.
