Reversing.

The ultimate question presented by this appeal is the propriety of permitting the probate of a nonresident’s will in this state in -advance of its probate at the domicile of the decedent. The facts are few and undisputed except as to the matter of decedent’s domicile.

Mrs. Anna E. Payne died in 1927 in the state of Tennessee. A paper purporting to be her last will was probated in Hamilton county Ohio, and an administrator with the will annexed was then appointed. She had no-real estate, but owned securities and a promissory note aggregating $14,000…
