This is an action in admiralty for repairs of two vessels. Certain state claims have been brought pendent to the admiralty jurisdiction of this Court. This case came on for trial on May 19, 1991, in New Bern, North Carolina. Both parties were present before the Court and represented by counsel. The plaintiff is represented by David P. Yoerman.
