Plaintiffs and appellants Rare Coin Galleries, Inc., individually, Rare Coin Galleries, Inc., on behalf of a joint venture consisting of Rare Coin Galleries, Inc. and Bowers & Ruddy Galleries, Inc., and Joel D.
