MEMORANDUM OPINION
THOMAS M. TWARDOWSKI, Bankruptcy Judge.
Presently before the court is an adversary complaint filed by Plaintiff, ITT Consumer Discount Company (“plaintiff”), against the Debtor, Kenneth C. Horldt (“debtor”), which requests that this court determine whether the debt owed plaintiff by debtor is nondischargeable under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(6). 1
The facts of this case are not complex. Sometime prior to March 6, 1985, debtor received a letter from plaintiff which advised him that if he could verify an annual income of at least $12,000.00, he would be eligible for a $2,000.00 loan…
