Following a jury trial, the defendant, Glen Dale Waldrup, was found guilty of home invasion (720 ILCS 5/12 — 11 (West 1998)), three counts of aggravated criminal sexual assault (720 ILCS 5/12 — 14(a)(1) (West 1998)), and two counts of aggravated unlawful restraint (720 ILCS 5/10 — 3.1(a) (West 1998)). The defendant was sentenced to terms of imprisonment in the Department of Corrections as follows: 15 years on each count of aggravated criminal sexual assault to be served consecutively to each other; 20 years for home invasion; and 3 years on each count of aggravated unlawful restraint.
