OPINION ANNULLING AUTOMATIC STAY

STAN BERNSTEIN, Bankruptcy Judge.

I. Issue:

Should the automatic stay be annulled to validate a postpetition mortgage foreclosure sale in this chapter 13 case? Under the totality of the circumstances in this case, the motion to annul the automatic stay should be granted.
