— Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Greenberg, J.), rendered September 15, 1986, convicting him of robbery in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

*535Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

During deliberations, a juror submitted a note to the trial court informing it that "juror number 10 had done business in the neighborhood in which the crime was committed”.
