Appellant, George Wilbur Brady, has noted this appeal of a May 7, 1991, Board of Veterans’ Appeals (BVA or Board) decision that granted his claim for service connection for a psychiatric disorder, but denied service connection both for a gastrointestinal disorder and for headaches with dizziness. George W. Brady, BVA 91-14801 (May 7, 1991). The Court has jurisdiction of the case pursuant to 38 U.S.C.A. § 7252(a) (West 1991).
