On this appeal, we affirm the trial court's ruling that the requisite number of valid signatures supported a petition asking the Wau-kesha County Board of Supervisors to create the Lake Keesus Management District pursuant to subch. IV, ch. 33, Stats.
The appellants are landowners within the district who opposed the creation of the district. They petitioned the circuit court for judicial review of the board's action creating the district and named the county board as an adverse party.
