OPINION
MOORE, Judge:
William Jarrell appeals the Boyd Circuit Court’s order revoking his probation. Af*197ter a careful review of the record, we affirm because the circuit court did not abuse its discretion.
I. FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND
Jarrell was charged by criminal information with: first-degree wanton endangerment; fourth-degree assault; and alcohol intoxication in a public place, first offense.
