This action was instituted by the administrator of the estate of Minnie P. Canada, deceased, for the recovery of damages alleged to have been caused by tlu negligence of defendants at a grade crossing accident which resulted in the death of Minnie P. Canada. Judgment below was for plaintiff in the sum of $3,470.50, and against the railroad company. The deceased was the wife of Wiley G. Canada, a farmer, and the administrator.
