This is an appeal from a judgment of the district court of Tulsa county, affirming a decision of the county court of that county, overruling exceptions to the final account of the administrators of the estate of P.E. Coyne, deceased. The appeal is prosecuted by Mary Ellen Hilton, plaintiff in error, as the sole and only heir at law of P.E. Coyne, deceased, against Thomas J. Coyne and F.M. Rodolf, defendants in error, as joint administrators of the estate of P.E.
