Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Sullivan County (Meddaugh, J.), entered August 17, 1994, which, inter alia, dismissed petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 10, to adjudicate Joseph DD. to be abused or neglected by respondent Debra DD.

Respondent Debra DD. (hereinafter respondent) is the biological mother of Joseph DD. (born in 1990).
