Plaintiff firm is engaged in the manufacture and sale of ice in the city of Boga-lusa. Defendants, prior to the filing of this suit, had purchased ice from plaintiff at a certain price per block and had sold and delivered it on the streets of Bogalusa by means of trucks operated over more or less well-defined routes. The ice company seeks by this suit to be recognized as the owner and entitled to the possession of a certain Ford truck, with ice tongs and ice covers, in the possession of. defendants; and it also seeks an injunction against the defendants to restrain them from (1)…
