DÍAZ, J. — Roman James Allah appeals his conviction for unlawful possession of a firearm. He argues the community custody officer’s (CCO) warrantless search of his vehicle for the firearm in question lacked a sufficient nexus to the (acknowledged) probation violation and, thus, was unconstitutional. The State attempts to justify the search by pointing additionally only to Allah’s prior criminal history and his prior associations.…
