Smith, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company ("State Farm"), and Alfa Mutual Casualty Insurance Company ("Alfa"), appeal from a judgment entered on a jury verdict in favor of Ruby Brownfield, as administratrix of the estate of her husband, Robert Kenneth Brownfield, deceased. Smith also appeals from a judgment entered on the jury's verdict in favor of State Farm on its cross-claim against Smith.
