Kaufmann v. Kaufmann

Argued October 7, 1949. This appeal arises from a proceeding in equity between husband and wife. The action was brought by the husband to require his wife to account for the entire amount of a bank deposit which they held as tenants by entireties. The husband has appealed from the final decree of the court below.
