Overley v. Covenant Transport, Inc.
Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit
1Opinion of the Court
JULIA SMITH GIBBONS, Circuit Judge.
Plaintiff-appellant Sharon Overley appeals from the district court’s dismissal of her claim that she was wrongfully terminated from her job with defendant Covenant Transport (“Covenant”). Overley argues that her dismissal violated Title VII, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. § 12101 (“ADA”), and the Family and Medical Leave Act, 29 U.S.C. § 2601 (“FMLA”). The district court granted summary judgment for Covenant on all counts. As we agree that no issue of material fact exists, we affirm.
