This is a petition for mandamus brought by the plaintiff, a resident and taxpayer of the Town of Bar Harbor, hereafter called the Appellant, against the State Tax Assessor, hereafter called the Assessor. The complaint, as amended, seeks to compel the Assessor to cause to be placed upon the assessment rolls for taxation at their just value, certain real estate and personal property of the Roscoe B.
