These appeals by plaintiff's are from judgments entered for the defendant, non obstante veredicto, in an action brought for personal injuries to James George Dangelo, the minor plaintiff, herein sometimes called the plaintiff. A careful study of the record discloses no error. A branch of the defendant railroad, called the Southwest Branch, extends southerly from Greens-burg.
