This insurance coverage case is before the Court on Plaintiff RLI Insurance Co.’s (“RLI” or “Plaintiff’) Motion for Summary Judgment [Doc. # 12] (“Motion”). RLI filed suit seeking a declaratory judgment that it owes Defendant Marie Costello (“Costello”) no further sums in connection with her claim under a recreational vehicle insurance policy RLI issued her.
