People v. Koposesky

Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered January 15, 1965, convicting him of attempted robbery in the third degree, upon his plea of guilty, in satisfaction of two indictments (Nos. 20401 and 20437), and imposing sentence upon him as a second felony offender. The judgment was entered with respect to indictment No. 20437 only.
