This appeal is brought by the Boards of Trustees of two employee benefit plans, (1) the Hotel and Restaurant Employees Local 25 and Employers’ Health and Welfare Fund, and (2) the Hotel and Restaurant Employees Local 25 and Hotel Association, Cafeteria and Other Subscribing Employers Group Legal Services Fund.
