On the evening of October 4th, 1937, Isaiah D. Clawson, the appellee, attended an all-star professional wrestling match at the Fifth Regiment Armory in Baltimore, having previously purchased tickets to entitle him to witness that contest. With a companion, he arrived at the armory early, presented his tickets and upon being admitted took a seat on the fourth or fifth row from the bottom of the bleachers.
