Plaintiffs Contract Design Group and Robert Murray sued Wayne State University and other defendants alleging violations of substantive and procedural due process and equal protection under the United States Constitution, pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, and — under the Michigan Constitution — claims for intentional interference with business relations; account stated; and breach of contract.
