We have before us, in these consolidated causes, companion suits for personal injuries and damages arising out of a collision that occurred at the intersection of Park Avenue and Cherry Street in Memphis, Tennessee, on March 6, 1957, at approximately 6:40 o ’- clock P. M. The minor plaintiff, Diane Wagner, suing by next friend and natural guardian, Dan Wagner, was a passenger in one of the automobiles, a Packard, driven by her friend and companion, another minor, Gwen Niven; which automobile was at that time being driven west-Avardly on Park Avenue, and which at the time of the accident was…
