FILED: August 5, 2019 CHUN, J. — Jimmie York pleaded guilty to second degree assault- domestic violence, felony harassment-domestic violence, and assault in the fourth degree under an indivisible plea agreement. York later sought to withdraw his plea. The trial court denied York's motion and sentenced him based on the crimes. York appeals.
