MEMORANDUM OPINION
MICHAEL, Senior District Judge.
The plaintiffs in this action seek various forms of relief for damage to their personal and real property incurred during a move from Washington, D.C. to Char-lottesville, Virginia. The defendants responded by filing a motion to stay pending resolution of a declaratory judgment action filed in a District of Columbia circuit court. Asserting that the plaintiffs have failed to state a claim upon which relief can be granted, the defendants also filed a motion to dismiss.
