Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Nolan, J.), entered March 27, 2006 in Saratoga County, which denied petitioner’s application pursuant to CPLR 7503 to stay arbitration between the parties.
Petitioner and respondent were partners in numerous real estate projects until 1999 when they entered into an agreement to sell their remaining partnership assets to an undetermined third party.
