James L. Cobb (“Cobb” or “Plaintiff’) argues the trial court erred by granting summary judgment to Defendants on Plaintiff’s claims of negligence, negligent misrepresentation, fraud, constructive fraud, and unfair and deceptive trade practices. Plaintiff also argues there are genuine issues of fact regarding Plaintiffs request for reformation, whether Plaintiff’s injuries would be covered under the policy if reformed, and whether Plaintiff’s injuries are covered by the policy as written. We affirm.
