This matter comes before the court on plaintiffs amended motion for leave to file a fourth amended complaint. (Doc. 155).

Plaintiff, on behalf of himself and all of the other half-million members of the Bass Anglers Sportsman Society (“B.A.S.S.”), an unincorporated association, seeks to recover funds that allegedly have been looted from B.A.S.S. by Ray Scott, Jr., Helen Sevier, James D.
