McNEILLY, Justice:

This Workmen’s Compensation case is before the Court a second time on an appeal by Boulevard Electric Sales (“employer”). Following an injury to his lower back during the course of his work for the employer, Thomas Webb (“claimant”) filed a petition for compensation with the Industrial Accident Board (“Board"). The Board held a hearing on the petition and issued an award of temporary total disability compensation to the claimant in July, 1975.
